How it works
- Request access. Tell us about your shelter. Every request is reviewed by a person.
- Sign in with your work email. We email you a one-time link; there's no password.
- Contribute your data. Upload a de-identified intake and outcome export. Names, addresses, adopter and finder details are stripped in your browser before anything is sent, and you see exactly which columns go.
- Use the tools. Contributing unlocks every member tool for a year. Contribute again at least yearly to stay active.
Read the Data Contribution Terms. Your shelter keeps ownership of its data, we never sell it, no other shelter ever sees your records, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
